Robert F. Carver,
Chief Operations Officer / U.S. Vice President
In October 2014 Mr. Robert F. Carver was named the new Chief Operations Officer of Bloc. Mr. Carver is a highly respected construction industry leader with over eighteen (18) years of proven construction and construction management experience. Mr. Carver began his career in the construction industry shortly after graduating from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Throughout the 1990’s, he rose through various ranks of management with several highly reputable construction companies. In 2008, he became the Senior International Project Manager for Roth
Construction, Incorporated’s overseas operations.
In 2012, Mr. Carver rejoined the Ewing Group as the Chief Operations Officer for Ewing Group’s International Division. Utilizing his management skills, Mr. Carver develops and maintains safety and quality control procedures and policies on all of his projects.
Mr. Carver is now responsible for construction project planning and the day-to-day oversight of construction projects for Bloc Construction and Bloc Marine. Mr. Carver’s proven track record of planning, leadership, and communications makes him a valuable key member of Bloc’s Management Team.
